I keep this site light on purpose. No ad pixels, no selling anything about you, and analytics cookies only if you say yes. Here's exactly what happens with your data.
Who's responsible
This site is run by Gina Dunn, trading as OG Solutions, Fokkeboom 37, Almere, the Netherlands. KvK 86948725. Questions about your data: use the contact form or email hello@ogsolutions.nl.
What I collect, and why
When you fill in a form (speaking requests or contact), I get what you type: your name, email, organization and message. I use it only to reply to you and to handle your request. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering you, or taking steps you asked for before an agreement (GDPR article 6(1)(f) and (b)).
Spam protection. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check you're a person. Turnstile processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to do that check. It doesn't set tracking cookies. Cloudflare's privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
Visitor numbers. If you click "Sounds good" on the cookie notice, I use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read and which links they click (like the Amazon and LinkedIn buttons). Google Analytics sets cookies to do that and processes data such as your IP address, device and browser. If you click "No thanks", Google Analytics doesn't load at all. You can change your mind any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)). Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Server logs. My hosting provider, DreamHost, keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for a short period, for security and to keep the site running.
What I don't do
- No advertising cookies or ad pixels, and no analytics cookies unless you say yes.
- No selling or sharing your data for marketing.
- No newsletter sign-up on this site. Both newsletters live on LinkedIn, so LinkedIn's privacy policy applies there.
Links and embeds
The Amazon, LinkedIn, YouTube and other links take you to sites with their own privacy rules. Videos open on YouTube itself, so nothing from YouTube loads on this site.
How long I keep it
Form messages: as long as needed to handle your request, then up to two years for my records, unless we end up working together and the law asks me to keep things longer.
Where it's stored
The site is hosted by DreamHost, in the United States. Form emails go to my OG Solutions inbox on Google Workspace. Both work under agreements that protect personal data moving outside the EU.
Your rights
You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how I use it, or to get a copy of it. Just ask through the contact form. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens): https://www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl/
Changes
If anything here changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
